At Baby Snooze and Care, we understand how
exhausting and overwhelming sleep challenges
can feel. Our goal is to help families create healthy,
age-appropriate sleep habits with gentle, practical guidance
that works for their unique needs. We support parents
with clear strategies, education, and compassionate guidance
so they can feel confident in their baby's sleep journey and joyful
more restful days, and nights.
We believe better sleep begins with
understanding your baby as an individual.
Rather than relying on rigid schedules or one-
size-fits-all methods, we consider your baby's
age, temperament, developmental needs, and
your family's routine. Our approach is gentle,
responsive, and practical, helping you build
healthy sleep habits while staying connected
to your baby's needs.

Infant Sleep Consulting Professional
QC Wellness Studies Graduate
Founder, Baby Snooze and Care
My name is Sissy Obyrne, and I am a Certified
Pediatric Sleep Consultant. My experience
working with children of all ages, along with
my research into infant sleep behavior, has
shaped my approach to helping parents and
caregivers who are struggling with sleep
deprivation.
I am passionate about sharing practical sleep
knowledge and helping families establish
healthy sleep while reducing poor sleep
skills, sleep for longer stretches at night, and
when developmentally appropriate, transition
away from overnight feedings.
I also enjoy helping parents gently introduce
their newborns to consistent rhythms for rest
and feeding and establish healthy daytime and
nighttime routines. My priority is always to
consider each baby's developmental stage and
individual needs while helping the entire
household move toward calmer, more restful
nights.
My approach is grounded in proven
experience and one guiding principle: a
healthy daytime routine is the foundation for
sleeping through the night
